Whether your goal is to touch your toes, master the splits, hold a bridge or get your feet on your head, we can help! You might be surprised at how much better you feel day to day if you introduce stretching correctly and regularly into your weekly routine.

Your stretch experience with us will be led by your own goals, and the instructor will adjust exercises to suit your needs. Students leave stretch sessions with us relaxed and happy!

Did you know…

Stretching on a regular basis may help to improve your circulation. Improved circulation increases blood flow to your muscles, which can speed up your recovery time and reduce muscle soreness. Stretching can also help to decrease tension headaches, why not give it a try?!

Stretching forms part of all of our classes, so booking into any class will mean you’re working on your mobility and flexibility.

We don’t currently have any scheduled group classes for stretch and flexibility, but if you have a group that wants to stretch together then you can book a private tuition session or a private workshop.

Solo private tuition

You can book a solo (or one-to-one) private tuition session.

Solo private tuition is a great opportunity to focus on your technique, which often leads to faster progress and a better understanding of the skills you’re learning.

You can book a small group private tuition session for up to three people.

Small group private tuition is a great opportunity to share the fun (and the cost) of private tuition while still benefitting from the extra attention that your instructor can give you in a smaller group.
