This is a challenging class that will focus on building strength and good technique in aerial basics, rather than tricks or drops. We’ll use the aerial equipment to drill you in climbs, core strength exercises and proprioception development.

If you’re new to aerial arts then we’d recommend starting with one of our specific discipline classes like aerial hoop, silks, or trapeze to get you comfortable on the equipment before trying a conditioning class. That being said, if you’re confident in your strength then by all means come along and have a go – you can adapt as you go by reducing repetitions if you’re finding the class very challenging.
