Booking types for adults

We have regular weekly drop-in classes for adults at a variety of times, including daytimes, evenings and weekends. You can learn a variety of aerial and ground-based circus skills.

Age is nothing but a number when it comes to our aerial parties, kids and adults alike love them! We offer the following group bookings for adults:-

  • Hen parties
  • Corporate team building events
  • Birthday parties (family or friends, or both!)
  • Large group bookings – you don’t necessarily need to be celebrating to book a private party with us! If you’ve got a group who’d love to give us a go then feel free to get in touch even if there isn’t a birthday coming up.

Our most popular party package includes time on trapeze and silks, but we also do bespoke packages so feel free to make requests about what you’d like included in your event.

Class types for adults

Aerial Skills Classes

Our aerial skills classes for adults are all 1.5 hours and include time on two different aerial apparatus.

All of the classes cover aerial silks, and will also include either trapeze or aerial hoop depending on which class you sign up for.

Aerial Conditioning Classes

If you’re looking to build strength for aerials then why not try our aerial conditioning sessions? They are hour-long classes of circus-style circuits, including fun exercises based around aerial and ground based circus skills.

The focus is on having a good time! We laugh a lot but we work hard too. At £10 per session it’s great value and will build up the fitness you need to get the most out of your aerial classes!

Beginners/advanced aerialists

If you’ve never tried aerial arts before that’s no problem, most of our drop-in classes for adults are beginner-friendly. The instructor will set each student challenges and exercises appropriate to their ability.

If a class is geared towards beginners or advanced students only then this will be made clear on the booking schedule.

If you’re nervous about trying out aerials for the first time then we’d recommend coming along to one of our 1.5 hour Aerial Skills classes before trying out a conditioning class, as the skills sessions are better suited to getting you comfortable on the equipment at your own pace.

Maintaining your flexibility is a great way to stay feeling young, fit and healthy. Whether your goal is to touch your toes, improve your splits, or perfect your bridge, our stretch class is for you!

If you’re interested in developing more advanced contortion techniques, our stretch and contortion teachers have the specialised knowledge to get you there. Our stretch classes are all levels and you will be given exercises that suit your ability and goals.

If you prefer to keep your feet on the ground then we can teach you a range of ground-based skills including juggling, hula hooping, poi, staff spinning, and diabolo.

Our circus skills classes are on Sundays from 5-6.30pm. We have a lot of fun… they’re the perfect way to prepare yourself for the week ahead!

If being upside down closer to the ground is more your thing then we have regular handstand class!

Suitable for beginners right through to those working on more advanced handstanding techniques, your instructor will give you exercises appropriate to your goals and abilities.
