Online Classes
(scroll down page to book)
We can’t wait to have you all back in the studio, but until then you don’t have to miss out on all the fun we have in class! We’ve currently paused our regular online classes while we prepare to get back into the studio, but you can still book an online private tuition session. Head to our private tuition page for more details or to book.
“The art of life is a constant readjustment to our surroundings”
The sessions cater to all levels, so whether you’re a complete beginner or wanting to refine your technique, we’ve got you covered!
The focus is on fun… but you’ll get a good workout too! You can book via this page – details are below.
What you’ll need to join our online classes:-
In General
Please make sure that you have an appropriate space in your home to join in. Your safety is important, so make sure there are no coffee tables, low-hanging light fittings, angry cats, or any other potential hazards lurking close enough to cause harm.
As tempting as it might be to join the session in your pyjamas, we’d thoroughly recommend suitable close-fitting gym gear. It’s the best way to stay safe.
As with our studio classes, if you’re feeling unwell then it’s not a good idea to join in. We’d recommend letting yourself recover before joining a class, even an online one. Always seek medical advice about any injuries before joining in a class.
Obviously you will need a reliable internet connection to join in the class.
Handstand Conditioning
- Yoga mat or similar if you prefer to use one
- A tea towel or scarf (as a stretching aid)
- Have a pair of socks handy (all will become clear)
- A space next to a clear wall would be ideal, but is not essential. We recommend having at least 2m clearance on all sides around your handstand spot by the wall
- Yoga blocks if you have them (but not essential)
Stretch Sessions
- Yoga mat or similar if you prefer to use one
- A tea towel or scarf (as a stretching aid)
- Yoga blocks if you have them, or an equivalent to help you balance if you don’t
