After-School Aerial Courses for kids & teens
We have various options for 7-16 year olds to learn trapeze, silks, and aerial hoop. Sixteen year olds are eligible to join our classes for adults too, but can join in our after-school courses if they’re more comfortable with that.
For full details of our courses, see our After-School Course FAQs below!

How long is a course?
Our after-school courses are operated on a half-termly basis – these are usually between five and seven weeks, depending on how the term dates fall.
Students sign up for one half-term at a time.
When does the next course start?
Head to our after-school courses sign-up form for details about the current booking period.
Class sizes
There is currently a maximum of nine students per course for our after-school courses. Note that we are continually assessing our class structures and formats to ensure that students are getting the maximum benefit from their sessions with us.
Experience needed
No experience needed! Our courses cater for complete beginners and those with experience. They are a fun way of working on memory skills, problem solving abilities, and safety awareness, all while building general strength and body awareness.
Sibling sign-ups
If you have siblings who would prefer to be together then make sure you add them both to the waiting list for your chosen class by filling in an after-school course sign-up form for each of them.
Please note that we’re unable to offer sibling discounts – we thank you for your understanding.
Do you offer taster sessions?
To minimise disruption to our existing course students, we don’t offer taster sessions on the courses themselves. If you’d like to try us out before signing up for a full course then you could book:-
- A private tuition session (solo and small group options available); or
- A group workshop (we run these periodically throughout the year); or
- A private workshop (for larger groups looking to try us out all together).
Remember to keep an eye on your junk folder for our emails if you contact us!
Can my child join a course after it’s started?
You are welcome to sign up for a course even after it has started – if there is space when you register your interest then you will be offered the chance to join immediately. Note that there is no discount for late starters, but you will get priority booking on the next half term for that course. We understand that some people prefer to wait for the next round of enrolment, and that’s fine too.
Why there’s no discount for late starters
We accept late starters because there’s no reason why students can’t join part way through a course – it’s no different to someone signing up before the start of the course, and then missing the first few sessions due to illness or other unexpected circumstances. But from an administrative perspective, we do need to keep course bookings uniform in order to operate in a way that works for us.
How do I quit?
We don’t set up any direct debits, so you don’t need to give us notice if you decide not to continue with your course beyond the half term you’ve already paid for – you can simply not renew your booking when the renewal emails are issued, by not making payment for the next course.
Note that once you’ve signed up for a course, you cannot cancel that course booking – but you are only committed for that half term.
Prices
Prices usually range around £45-£65 per half term, depending on the length of the course.
How to sign up - for new students
Complete our after-school course sign-up form to register your interest in a course. If we can’t offer you a space in your chosen course immediately then you will be put on a waiting list and we’ll let you know when a space becomes available.
You’re welcome to join multiple courses, and you’re welcome to join multiple waiting lists.
How to sign up - for existing students
Existing students – renewals
Once you’re on a course, you will be offered priority rebooking (time-limited) onto that same course for the next half term. If you do want to continue, make sure you accept the renewal offer within the time specified in the email – otherwise you may lose your spot. If this happens then you will need to sign up again as a new student by filling in our after-school courses sign-up form, so keep an eye on your junk folders for our emails just in case they end up there!
Existing students – new course bookings
If you already have a course booking but would like to request an additional booking for another course, then you will need to complete a new after-school courses sign-up form.
If you already have a course booking but would like to switch to a different course, then you will also need to complete a new after-school courses sign-up form – pop a note in the comments on the form to let us know that you’d like to transfer for the following half term.
