Once you have the basics of a move down, the best way to improve your strength and technique in that move is through repetition. You can use our open training sessions to practice the moves you want to work on. Make sure you still use classes and private tuition for learning new skills and getting tips on refining your technique (if you want to understand why tuition is important then take a look at the “train within your abilities” section of our T&Cs).
