Classes for Adults

We run regular weekly classes for adults (ages 16+) in aerial silks and aerial hoop. Our floor-based stretch & balance classes build strength and flexibility, which will help you to get the most out of your aerial classes!

We have classes suitable for all levels – check the current class schedule below for details. You can book week-to-week or by the month.

If you’re a complete beginner then why not have a look at our beginners page for some information about what you’d be learning with us. Don’t forget that you can book a private tuition session if you prefer.

Class Info:-

The current class schedule is below – our beginner-focused classes are on Sunday afternoons and Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings! Our other classes are mixed level, but not suitable for complete beginners.

Aside from our beginner-focused group classes, you could also book a private tuition session to get yourself ready to join our mixed level classes. Visit our beginners page for more information.

Aerial Hoop (not suitable for beginners) – 12.15-1pm

Monday evenings

Stretch & Balance – 8.45-9.45pm (class moved to Wednesdays)

All of our weekly classes for adults are currently £10.75 per person, per class.

You can sign up for our classes in two ways:-

  1. On a weekly basis (weekly bookings); or
  2. On a monthly basis (a Block Booking)

You can sign up for our classes week-to-week – no commitment, just book in whenever you know you’ll be able to make it.

Weekly bookings are subject to availability, we’re operating a waiting list system when classes are oversubscribed. If you would like to guarantee your space in class each week then a Block Booking is the best way to do that.

To make a weekly booking, head to the Weekly Bookings schedule.

If you know you’d like to come along to the same class each week, then you can make a monthly Block Booking for that class. This saves you from having to sign up each week.

NOTE that the Block Booking dates will be arranged roughly around calendar months but won’t always fall exactly within a calendar month. This is to keep the blocks regular, so please check the dates on any offer emails carefully before signing up.

If you’re wanting to make a weekly booking and the class that you’d like to join is full, then you can click on the class and join the waiting list. If a space opens up then you will be notified.

There is a 10 minute checkout period, during which a booker’s spot is reserved while they complete their payment. If they don’t complete their booking for any reason then you might find that a spot becomes available fairly quickly – it’s always worth a try!
